here is some more pics there not very good though. the last two pics are the end result curled up, dry, crispy, dead. like I said they start out grey and then go brown then to yellow or bronze and then what you see in the last pics. it also seems to start at the bottom and is working its way up the new growth does not do it right away but it is wrinkled like a zinc def right from the start.

well I let it go a couple of more days and bumped the nutes up a bit but no change they were still growing but no improvement. so I did a flush for two days and then gave them back their nutes with a full dose of calmag. so far there growing again but too soon to tell if theres any change. since the season has changed in my area my tap water went from 150ppm down to 100ppm. this brings me to the question of cal and mag amounts available in it as I had this prob before but not so severe and they grew out of it. hopefully the calmag does the trick, before the flush I just added half a dose to see if it made a diff. also Im using these high dollar airstones that are fired aluminum does anyone think that this would cause the mag to deplenish faster? the manufactorer said that they would not have any ill effects in a hydro solution. on a good side note I have just successfully rooted my first clones ( big budha blue cheese ) and got them in the setup. Ill post some pics when I get a chance later.

Change of 50ppm are pretty much meaningless. Max air helps a lot when then get in trouble as it's all about giving the roots the best enviroment to grow.

yeah I know what your saying 50ppm dont seem like much but I just thought that it may have been boarderline before and the drop just put it over the edge. I checked the nutes in the res this morning and it dropped a couple of hundred ppm so that means that they are eating and they grew about an inch over the past two three days so we'll see. these things dont seem to be doing a lot as far as height but man they sure are branching out the OG has branches that are as tall as the main top and the branches themselves are growing branches already.

If they are drinking then things are good. I just had one tank that paused like that. It was a hot tank and I think I push into almost nute lock so I drop 2 gallons and add 2 water only because I watched it for 3 or 4 days. I also poured a cup of clear water into each net pot to be sure since my pump is out of the res. Branching to rival the main cola you say! That's a good think! Lots of tops with access to the light! Keep 'em even! LOL!

hey everyone just thought Id toss up some new pics. in the back from left to right are the ktrain, pure gold/NL, and the LA confidential. the big one up front is the OG #18 and the two small ones are bluecheese clones. the root pic is of the clone in the middle. so far I have seemed two slow or stop the leaf problem Im assuming it was helped with the calmag. the tallest is the OG at 16in. evrything in the res seems stable ph 5.8-6.0 and kicking 1000-1200ppm nutes. the little guys are at about 600ppm and seem to be doing good. today I took a few clones and I did some pruning to get rid of some of the leaves that were hanging at or below the tops of the buckets and thinned out a few that were severely affected from whatever the problem was before. I think when the OG hits 20in Im going to toss them into flower. man these things are really bushy hopefully theyll stretch a little when they hit flower which I know they will.
