If you look at the original first post, it was suppose to he about how loyal and protective dogs are and to post new links on any stories about them protecting or saving. Being posted on RIU however, people here like to bitch and make it about them lol.

OK. Let's. Actually, let's take the title first: "The fuck cats thread." To me, that seems very anti-cat - or at least, I really expect to read an anti-cat rant when I enter that thread. I also expect to see some heated responses from cat lovers. All that just by reading the title.

So, the first post:

If you'd pay attention earlier posts, I've already stated that the title was a cliche about the debate about dogs vs cats, kt was just being ironic and cliche, but people saw this and ran with it. The main subject was to post stories about dogs saving lives, but people here lose focus too easily.

My little girls don't seem to notice they are different at all.. Hey both go outside together, and both come when their names are called... I think dogs and cats rock. And suck. Dogs are stupid and cats are bitchy.gotta love them both.

that's only what the brochure says. Everyone knows that old people go to nursing homes to die. Sorry to bust that myth on you... Sad story ends sadly.

Im sure cats are more slick, can get awesome places, and are better at surviving. But you put any dog in the world up against a cat, and the dogs goin down. The cats ansestor is lion and tiger etc... try putting a tiger up agaianst any dog in the world. I like both, but i honestly dont know hy people hate cats so much
