The Girls... First Grow SoCal

This is my first grow. I started 6 plants at the end of Jan. 2 plants grew balls, so I promptly pulled them and put in compost. Does everything look pretty normal? I'm wondering if these are really auto's - I wasn't expecting to see them looking so buddy at this point. Its interesting to me how they are all from the same genetics both all 4 are pretty different. I did top them, not exactly all the same but they were all topped roughly using the guides on the forum here.

I would love to hear feedback and tips. I'm allowed to have 6 plants with my prescription so I'm currently sprouting a couple freebies I got with these seeds from the single seed place.

Yummm. Most purples don't have a great yield so with that being said, your yield looks about right so far. And the buds are starting to look beautiful

Should my plants have buds that look like this at this point? Usually I see pics of plants that are all leaves and no flowers for being spring time. I'm wondering if these seeds are really auto's or if its because I started them pretty early? I'm in SoCal
