hey dude. me again.

A piece of advice which I guess you've just learnt... never rely on the ph of your water being the same everytime. I test ph and moisture levels of my plants every night and in 3 places around each plant for consistency. I leave my wands in for about a minute for an accurate reading. Do this with your water too before every water.

As a thought, have you tried keeping your lights on 24/7? I've been running my lights at vegetative stage 24 hours and they seem to grow quicker. This also alleviated my problems here in the uk with the cold as it kept the room warm, so obviously i did it for other reasons too but for speed of growth it's really helped too.

Also every morning and night i turn my plants 180° so the light given to the leaves is always consistent around the whole plant.

yep

8 in the morning i turn them 180° let them have light for 12 hours and turn 180° again....

because my lights are on 24 hours, i just like to emulate the sun reaching the entire plant... if for any reason there are leaves in shadow, then there is a good chance that turning 180° will help the sun reach those shaded leaves for half of the whole light period...

Thank-you garden knowm! I can/will e-mail you pics, but i'm not sure which one's you want. You can use them in your book no problem, i was planning on buying the book when it comes out and would love to see a picture/s of my plant in there.

When is the deadline?

I have been doing that just for giggles and have really seen a difference. Doesn't hurt to try.

looks like a good plant mjr. sad you had to throw 2 of them away tho. so far i haven't told anyone about me growing and i plan to keep it that way. i'll of course share my product but wont advise on how i got it (that is if i get something half way decent). i also got the super thrive, just added some (with nutes) to my plants to night, i also can't wait to use it in part of the germination process.

cheers :joint:

le1337: Be sure to come up with a cover story. Which can be tough if you grow and share good stuff. In that incidence I recommend spreading the wealth. Claim you bought good shit from Jimmy, then Bobby, then Frank, etc.

I agree 100%.. DON'T TELL ANYONE.. If you can't keep a secret... do you think that the person you told will keep it a secret? HELL NO!

Thanks dude,
Well, Ed is editing the book now. The release date is scheduled for August 2007. I like the wide shots that show your lighting set up. I'll take whatever you can give me :) Sooner is better. I probably have 2-6 weeks.

thanks

Dude, so far your looking pretty good. If I were you, I'd check out htgsupply.com for a light and some nutes. They are pretty good over there, I called him up and ordered a 400 watt light, he quoted me $100.00 plus $8.00 shipping, than he called me back, said he was out of stock, but he'd upgrade me to a better one at no additional charge, when the package arrived there was a note in it saying the 2nd light was also out of stock so he shipped me a 430 watt light. All this and for $108 delivered!
He also handles foxfarm nutes, you can get a 3pack (everything you need) for under $40.00
Peace
