yeah the ones in the front are chernobyl and they always curl. I wasn't ignoring you I take any advice but as you can see the mazar and BLZ are just fine its just a trait the chernobyl has. It is a sort of trainwreck called blood wreck that TGA came across.

"It's just a trait it has".

Yeah, cos the fucking room is too hot.

Jesus.

What's up lads , was relieved to see an Irish growers thread here, so il probly just ask most of my questions here since the same laws and climate apply to the majority of you.
I'm a complete beginner to growing so I'm looking for some guidance on my setup. When I read most of the threads and see the names of materials needed I don't know any of them and I am having a problem locating them , if anyone could help with letting me know where to get good soil, nutrients, good enough lighting for a small 3 plant closet setup, in some irish shops without ordering online that would be great. Its for 3 northern lights autos, also cooling tubes? if someone could explain this to me haha
Cheers.

Bloomandgrow.ie

Cheapest in Ireland, at least when I bought my gear.

If you go back to them regularly they're likely to knock off a few euro for you.

There was some other place in Tallaght, DublinIndoorGardening I think, only went to them once tho, very discreet location.

I picked up most of my gear on adverts.ie and donedeal.ie. Got stuff like the tent, fan/filter, fan speed controller and even a complete hydro set up on those sites and all for small money. There's plenty of secondhand gear for sale .

We have ran this strain five times and like I said it doesn't go above 80f. It isn't hurting the plant it will turn out awesome and no need for you to act like a little girl about it. Like I said thanks for the advice but we know what we are doing. You are not there so u have no idea sorry I don't take ur advice as the god given truth may by if I was a noob but I'm not and I know plenty about temps. Wait till I put out the next pics and really wait for the harvest..

The chernobyl is never a huge yielder but always the most potent. We have dialed down the nutes for the BLZ and Mazar. We are literally professionals at what we do, we can control are temps, ph, ppms and nutes via the internet and camera, it is a very hi-tech system built over time with trial and error. We only have about 5 patients and they donate if they can but if they can't then that is not a problem. We also make bubble hash, dry ice hash, caramels etc. This is in a way a high tech mom and pop shop but we do it for the patients as well as for ourselves and the love of growing.

I don't care how many post's you have or reps that means shit to me its all about what you do and how you do it and how you help others is what matters not this sites reps and likes that is artificial to say the least.

We have in storage about what a small dispensary has.

Wish I could help but I live in San Francisco and use only hydro so I couldn't be accurate about soil and your weather but there are plenty of folks on this thread with the experience, know how, and how to get it here.

welcome aboard friend!

Howarya lads,

am in the process of setting up for my first grow, just looking for some advice on which setup to go with..

for lighting i have 3 x 75w cfl's in a light fitting i made up myself, for keeping the temps in line i was planning on putting in a stat set to 23c, connected to a N/O and N/C contacter, if temp is above 23c extract fan will kick in, if it drops below 23c heat mat will kick in, in theory it seems like a good idea but im looking for any other methods of keeping temps under control when its likely to be getting rather cold here over the next few months.

At the moment the ambient temp in my room is around 13c (no lights or fans etc installed yet) would a 30w heat mat be sufficient to raise the temp 10-15c?
My room is only 400mm x 500mm x 1040mm and is insulated inside and out.

thanks in advance for any tips,

hotpresser

sounds like you did your research should be fine. CFL's won't bring you a big yield but you will get enough for sure for yourself and remember don't ever tell anybody you know.

look at the pinnacle Pro, best portable IMHO, small and great with the water tube. the ascent is still having alot of problems so its best to wait for that one.

@hotpresser check you temps with lights on at night and lights of in daytime should help even out difference. The more CFL the better. at least 100w per plant will give good results.

I've been doing some more reading up and have ordered everything I need, will hopefully have everything up and running in a week or so, I'm gonna start a journal and put a timelapse camera into the box for the duration of the grow, hopefully it'll be a beautiful film and not a tragedy!
