After a lot of research I’m going photos and I only soaked them for about 8-10hrs. I’d say a lot of work went into the ground up set up but I say ur delighted!
The only hard part was wheel borrowing the hardcore back and forth. I will build a brick shed in the next 2yrs and build in a breed room so I can play with regs and making seeds with out losing my smoke

What's your veg light or u using your flower light in veg till they are ready to flip?

Nice! That’s the dream but until it’s fully legit n the missus gets more on board I would just convert the whole whole house into a grow room
I have 4x4 with a Sylstar 450watt led dimmable so that’ll be my light for everything. I made a steel shed on my own and lifted it onto blocks in my own.. fukin nightmare

A 4x4 is a great place to be any bigger and the work load becomes endless. Honestly best thing u can do is go auto pots set and forget

Fair play we do what we must my bigger ball ache was digging for the armoured cable for power for the shed !!! Next I'll add water to the brick shed

Was so set on going auto pots but after reading up it was recommended to soil grow at the start so I went soil. End game is a fully automated system but prob be a while. U have some serious plants n yields! Class! U need any electrical info hit me up

I have ran them for the last 6 years. I ran them with straight Coco, Coco perlite mix,Coco and clay balls which I doing now, peat, peat and perlite peat and clay balls.

So I'll be honest I'm lazy. If I have to do some thing I like the do a big thing then loads of little things

I fill the Res when I need to. I have a big add 24" air stone and a mean air pump. Honestly can't remember the spec but I know it begins with a h and it's a mechanical pump.

Hand watering a pain I. The ass because u play the fuck, fuck game with pH. Up down and repeat. Decent light Res and the sear volume means it's going to stay when u set it to for longer and it last longer

I tried blumats and fuck me couldn't get them right. Filled the bottom of a tent and bought my first wet and dry vac. Still have it. Second story of a tent House.

Havent had more and a dribble on the floor in X years. Your tent will catch that no problem. Auto pots just work. I converted two people now and they won't go back.

If u got smart pot do it for a run or three and change them

That’s epic u can be 2 weeks out and it’ll maintain itself! Thanks for the info if it was a month ago n I got talking to you I would have been sold. There is some if not a lot of experience needed for u run it that smoothly so I will do a few soil grows and then look into that set up. I thought the emptying of res and knowledge held me back on it.

Try to keep your set up and maintenance simple and easy other wise your going to get a pain in your balls doing it. Exactly buddy just get a few under your belt enough your own grown smoke try to do better each grow.

Looking good lads. I potted up my root riot purple punch yesterday. Humidity in tent is about 40% so iv put a makeshift dome on them but after seedling stage how do I maintain a 60% humidity without a humidifier? My 3x Girl Scout cookies never germed so I need to fill my 4x4 with only 3 plants 94427AD6-1A68-4067-AFE1-B81D5998A0A2.jpeg

Nice one, how far is your light from the tops? I only ask cause the one to the right looks a lil leggy. My QBs are about 10" from the tops of mine.
Good shout on the humidity dome, as the plants get bigger the humidity should increase naturally. Besides that I find I find sealing the tent to work best, just close any vents to help trap the moisture.
@Fishbulb sent me a chart on VPD (vapor pressure deficit, matching the internal and external pressures so the plants do their jobs better/easier) that shows the ideal temps and humidities for maximum growth. Took me ages to get my head around the concept but the charts dead handy!

Legend, thank you. Good to have a guide to try keep accurate too. I’m runnin heater to about 24celcius at moment with monkey fan blowin it(prob no need). Will prob lower temps slightly throughout the stages. I have my LED on 25% strength(110watts from potential 450watts)30 inches from lil ladies. Was thinking they look a lil leggy yesterday so went from 15% light to 25% strength.

Yea charts just make life easier lol temps sound grand to me. Is your fan for air intake or air movement in the tent? Nice, I run 150w of cobs in my mother/clone/seedling tent, and 2 240 QBs at between 50-80% in veg. I know people say to watch for light burn but I reckon ya could up the watts a bit more and/or move the light closer to help speed em up and keep the nodes tight.
