Experimented with using fresh pureed aloe as a cloning gel on my grape and cherry puff girls. So far so good, and none of the cuttings were wilting this morning.

Here they are before they got a hair cut. I transplanted Cherry #3(Far right) into a 7 gallon and put her outside to flower cuz I'm anxious to see some finished product.

Final potting mix was 2/3 super soil with chunky perlite, one scoop of IMO Bokashi, some neem cake, and mykos/azos. Watered with fresh aloe juice. Recycled soil with compost to fill the remaining space.

Now comes the fun part. I love watching plants stretch in flower. Gonna be a good battle fighting all this rain we have been having lately, but i'll get too see how mold resistant they are. I hear the Gage Green puff series can finish in as little as 45 days..my spot in my yard that receives the most sunlight is up on a hill, so i keep my girls in smaller pots so I can move them when it rains (which is almost every night.)

I've been collecting the cherry puff male pollen every morning in a film canister. Will be making some f2's and some other crosses to fuck around.

I just put 3 beans in water from my first pollen chucking attempt. Phosphate Diezel Dawg (Chem. Diezel x (Agent Orange x Lemonstomper) x Doc's OG male (Face off OG x RD male). Pretty excited to see how these turn out, because both parents were winners!

Thanks for looking, Chief.

Here's some pic of the cherry male, getting pretty frosty on him.

Here's a shot of my Indigenous Micro Organism project using IMO bokashi
I initially inoculated about 30 lbs of Rice bran to bulk up the microbes I collected on cooked white rice. Then I added a bit of alfalfa meal, bio-char, a little blood meal and some old soil to bulk it up even further. I re-moistened everything with my imo#1 mix, fermented comfrey juice, and some aloe.

As you can see there is plenty of fungal activity but the mix is still very warm to the touch. I've been turning it everyday to keep the temp down and keep it oxygenated.
this is my type of growing, you sir have a gem of a male in that CHERRY PUFF...he will pass that frost on to any females you hit.and that medium is really looking good.

Here's a shot I took tonight of Cali Con's "GSC" from my indoor tent. It's actually pretty dank surprisingly, maybe I got lucky? Anyway, I wont be growing it out anymore after this is chopped, it has good mildly kerosene flavor but not loud enough of a flavor to keep. It is dense and has nice bag appeal, but I'm looking for something with a more distinct taste, the kind of flavor that coats your mouth in resin and makes your mouth water.

This is my first little indoor run but I'm learning. I think outdoor is more forgiving until the last few weeks, and indoor is a bit more fussy in such a foreign environment to nature. I really wish I had a greenhouse to grow outside all year long.

Pretty ripe

Put the Grape Puff, and Cherry Puff#2 in the flowering tent, and CP#3 has been cruising outside for almost a week and already frosting up with hardly any preflowers developed yet.

Here's some shots of my phosphate diezel dawgs (Lemon Stomper OG X Agent Orange) x Chem. Diesel. I have crossed two different phenos with pollen from a doc's og male. I started three beans from the better pheno a couple days ago and all three are in the seedling stage.

Quick shot of the Cherry Puff #3 this morning. Frosting up quit nicely and on an organic diet. Gave all my girls a kelp, aloe foliar spray and the seemed to have a nice growth spurt. Brewing up some alfalfa tea as we speak.

Trying out this new mycorizal innoculant from kelp4less, which has a ton of different beneficial bacteria's and myco in it. From what I researched it has all the ingredients of "Roots Excelurator" by house and garden and so much more...and a fraction of the price. I'm still fighting heat indoor, but plants seem still seem to be having growth spurts after their aloe/kelp foliars, and the myco innoculant drenches.

Had to bring the Cherry puff #3 inside because it has been raining so much here. The change in light cycles fucked her up, but she is starting to come back around. I have my tent dark during the day to keep the heat down. Been feeding her only Fermented Comfrey Juice and Aloe soil drenches

She is very sticky with a sweet candied apple, flowers, and OG musk. The smell isn't very strong until you brush up against her.

Here's a shot of the Grape Puff. Just barely starting to pop trichomes on her. I did some ghetto LST so it is pretty short but has quite a wide foot print, trying to maximize on my 400w ups which I think is barely cutting it for my 4x4 tent. I'm trying to keep the canopy as low as possible to give even light coverage to most of the bud sites. I only have 3 5-gallon smart pot plants in the tent and I can barely fit anything else in there.

On a side note, I started a few more seeds. 3 Irie OG's (Lamsbread x OG Joe), 3 Cornerstone, 2 Bodhi's Greedo's Stash. They've all cracked and are working the way to the surface.

Some closeups of the cherry puff #3. I think it kinda did a reveg thing when i brought it indoors and the light cycle changed, but I'm glad I did because it would not have survived all this rain we've received all week, would've rotted outside for sure.

Pretty oily nugs, with a very floral OG smell when touched. Really Dank and stacking pretty nicely.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I was blessed with a couple clones this weekend.

Got a legit Headband cut from So.Cal, and TGA's Spacedawg and Qush. Never tried any TGA gear before but everything I've seen looks Dank!

Quick peak in the tent. I put that plastic egg-crate material on the floor of the tent to get the smart pots off the ground and give more circulation so it doesn't invite mold. I just super cropped the shit out of everything in veg to make them real wide.

Update on the Lotus Larry:

Got a rooted clone to keep of her, may take a few more for good luck before putting her up to bat in the tent. She has some really vibrant purpling on the petioles and along the stem in a lot of areas which I'm hoping translates into some colorful flowers. It's hard to replicate the vibrancy of the color on a computer.

Here's my new round of babies. Irie OG x 3, Cornerstone X 3, Greedo's stash x2

Pheno #1 of my first cross: Docs OG (Face Off x RD#1) x Phosphate Diesel Dawg ((Chem. Diesel)x(Agent OrangexLemonstomper)). Super slow in growth but nice and compact compared to pheno#2

Pheno #2: Quicker growth, more leggy with 3 finger leaves. Maybe twice the size of pheno #1. Number 1 has the better smell.

nice breeder action with bodhi, gage, and yourself ofcourse!
Thanks, I'm just a pollen chucker at best, hoping to win the genetic lottery, hahah. I did just harvest about 100 seeds from a (Lemonstomper x Deadhead) Mom x Frosty Cherry Puff Male. It's the frosty male from a few pages back and it is more seeds then I know what to do with. I'll pop a few and hope for the best.

Cherry Puff side view. This is a heavy yielding pheno, I need to try reveg it as I didn't get any cuts to root. Would be perfect for scrog, I just tie and super crop the shit out of everything because I'm lazy.

I just sampled an uncured nug from a smaller top I chopped and rolled a joint with it. Definite fuel on the exhale and nice head buzz. I felt a little bit more productive after it...thats why I decided to take some pics and update my journal.

Dried weight of the whole nug was about 8 grams. This after I smoked off of it all weekend and just rolled a joint. This was a smaller top, so I'm hoping the biggest one breaks 14g.

Cherry Top

This is a side view of the Grape Puff. I'm digging her grape syrup scent and goo. I'm hoping for a grape fuel smoke out of her.

And last, we have the Lotus Larry (Larry OG x Snow lotus) starting to fill in. It is pretty leggy but putting a fair amount of frost out. Pretty vigorous growth in veg and very easy to clone. She's gonna be a frosty one for sure.

Some close-ups of the Grape Puff. She's got a nice candied grape syrup scent, hope it transfer through to the taste.

Been helping beta-test a new product called Gro-Kashi. It's all about probiotics and letting the microbe work for you. As you can see, it instantly grows a nice mycelium layer overnight, so far my experience is that once it establishes that layer it helps your plant retain moisture much longer. I've only been using it for about a week.
