I'm fat. Fatter than I'd like. haha. Well regular dieting sucks, and takes to long. I've decided that critical steps be taken. For 2 weeks my only consupsion is of maple syrup, lemonade, pepper, and water.

I'll continue to update rui in my journy. My only thoughts about it is how I'm gonna survive not eating while i have the munchies. I can usually control it, at least way better than my friends. I might stop smoking for this part. I think I can last 2 weeks pretty easily. And my wallet will grow too! lol.

I'm starting Sunday. What a great way to start off the week. My plan is to go for 2 weeks, log my day to day report, and see how it goes. I might go past 2 weeks if its as effective as I'd hope. I'll throw in my wieght loss day to day and measure my stomach and such.

Wish me luck!

Maple syrup and pepper (??wtf??) ... That doesn't sound very healthy at all if that's going to be all you're eating... Not only that, but it doesn't sound like an effective diet. Where did you hear about it? Just switch to a vegetarian diet or something. Eat strictly fruits, vegetables, rice, beans, etc...

You can't just go on some ridiculous diet, sit back, and wait for the weight to fall off. Exercise is the most important part of losing weight.

Not just for loosing weight. Its actually a "cleanse". Loosing weight is one of the benifits. After the 2 weeks you are supposed to feel better, have more energy, and not crave things such as acohol, drugs, and junk food.

Whaaaaat! Dude your crazy. Try drinking Kombucha. It's like fermented tea that just cleanses you but tastes weird. Like bitter soda.

I've been depressed lately. I'm taking a break from weed, doing this cleansing, and seeing how it goes. I've researched it and I'm comfertable with it. Hopefully this will help me get my life in the right direction.:D

That just sounds like a fluke to me. I'd say that the vegetarian diet would be more cleansing. Tell me, how are you going to shit regularly if all you're eating is maple syrup and pepper?

Its, not healthy, and it wont cleanse you of any "toxins" or make you feel better, or get rid of addictions, its been proven lol please dont starve your body needlessly lol if you want to lose weight, you either have to be patient and work out, etc. or have lipo, which isnt that great for your body either, there is no easy way out of weight loss people!

Damn right !! I thought this thread might have been a joke at first.

RolliePollie, I could understand that it's frustrating and you're willing to try anything to get the weight off, but you're just going to hurt your body more if you don't get adequate nutrition. I wish you the best of luck with your feat, and feel free to post more and I will be supportive.... I wasn't trying to sound like a bitch with my posts.. After reading some of the stuff I say I realize that I probably do come off like that... but weight loss is a big thing.. Takes diligence with exercise and a balanced diet. You had the water part right though.. drink water, and lots of it. You'll be 'cleansed' in no time. :-P

yea it's not for weight loss Its not a diet it's really fasting. And it is actually beneficial to your colin. My sister did it for cleansing she lost weight but that wasn't her goal. She said that by doing it she gained more energy and felt better and she lost appetite for Alot of bad foods which helped her change he entire lifestyle I'm not saying it's not harmful but supposively you get the bare nutrients your body needs to function.

But what happens is, your fat ass gets adjusted to not having the food, and as soon as you eat again, you'll put on a ton more weight than you would if you never did the fasting.

I understand that .. lol ...

But I'm saying, you will have more trouble getting off the weight...any radical changes will just throw your bod off course.

Vegetarian Diet FTW. Just listen to me dammit. I'm right. lol

I believe you. Not the choice for me I eat anything and don't gain a lb but I also work in marine construction, surf whenever there are waves, skateboarded until I 2 my acl for the second time skating, and ride my bike a few miles almost daily so I'm always doing something

Yeah .. lucky for me .. I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight.. If I do gain a couple lbs, I can easily lose it by just not eating junk food for a few days. [I weigh myself every day] ... and the best part is, I barely even do any type of exercise. It might just be because I'm young though.. One day it might catch up to me and I'll be a whale... Stuffing my hole with Little Debbies and being so depressed I'll just wear the same house coat every day and collect cats.

Damn .. I did mine playing basketball. Very painful...My biggest fear is tearing it again.. It would suck majorly if I had to go through the surgery again.. that's why I'm making sure I strengthen it up really well. .. it will take a few years for it to get to be as strong as it used to be, if it even gets to be at all.
