my setup is getto.it realy was before.becuase my grow box that i started with was a card board box.at least now im growing in a cabinet.still have a card board reflector with mylar glued to it.

Here are the pics of my first bagseed grow box. I have about 240 total watts of cfl but I am experiencing super slow growth. The plants are only a couple of inches away from the lights and the temperature and humidity stay within the "good' ranges everyone says you should have. I am using jungle grow soil and watering with distilled water. Any ideas as to why its going so slow? PLEASE HELP From looking at other pics, i thought i had a good setup but obviously not Any ideas?? Maybe I should make a reflective hood?

Your grow looks alright man. What i would do if I were you, is go outside, rig up a bucket to catch rain water. Then water your plants with the rain water. The pH in rain water is about perfect for these plants. It's what I, and many others do. Good luck man!

Into week 14 of flowering and the buds are getting better, but still not great.. When trimmed you can still see through them.. Going to flush them next weekend and harvest the week after.
In other news, i have a new plant going. A pink jasmin bagseed. 3 weeks into flowering and it has PURPLE BUDS!! WOO!
It sadly got a bit chewed up by the angry pot beast in pic 3. lol

why you going to flush and harvest so early.them buds still look realy premature still to me 14 days you just started flowering basically.that would only be 4 weeks of flowering.mine are about 5 weeks into flowering and not even close to harvest for another few weeks or maby even 4 more weeks.the bud are all white hairs at this point still.if i was you i would wait.or you yield wount be much or very good quality.just my 2 cents.but if im going to grow and take the time to baby them i want the max yield and quality.theres a thread where you can post a pic and an experienced vet will guess about how long you have till your plants are ready.but looking good so far man.keep us posted love to see other good ghetto grows.hres a few new pics of my grow.

oh my bad i miss read your post (just smoked) thought i read that you were 14 days not 14 weeks into flowering.they look premature for 14 weeks to me.what light are you using to flower.all i can see is a twin bulb florescent tube light.if thats all your using to flower i would say thats why there not filling out we'll.i have 311 actual watts of cfl's for two short bushy plants.i know you need alot more light intensity during flowering than you do in veg.mine are only 5 weeks into flowering and starting to realy fill out now.good luck with your grow.

Lols no prob. For light i'm running 2 - 2ft 6500K T12s, 2 40W CFL, 3 16W CFL, and 1 27W CFL. I don't know what the hell happened with my plants.. They were doing so good and looked so promising, but they just stopped growing the buds pretty much. I've been using some bloom booster and it gave them a HUGE boost in growth but even with that my buds are nothing but hairs. Once i trim all the extra leaves off it, you can see through them. I'm not real sure if it's something i did along the way or if it was just some bad seeds i got.

it's hard telling what caused it good chance it's just bad genetic.at least you get a harvest out of them some smoke is better than none.you might want to try lining the walls with mylar to help reflect the light to the plants.it helps alot in my set up.plus cfl's and flourecents dont penetrate that well.i also keep mine as close as i can with out burning the plants.and lst helps to let the light get to the whole plant. i did both toped a few times and some lst during veg.still tyeing them down some in flowering to spread them out for max light exosphere. im still a newbie my self this is only me second successful cfl grow.but im learning fast.and have family and friends that grow.so that helps alot.cant wait till have the space to set up a big grow at least 12 plants.

I've got my walls lined with those silver emergency blankets. Yeah i had considered that maybe i just got some crap seeds.. When i started these i took a fistful of random seeds from over the years and threw them in a 5 gal bucket.. Where i was expecting 1 or 2 plants to pop out, 25 of them sprouted.. Gave my bro two and i took two. His durned out to be super dank, and mine are turning out to be poop. I think another problem could be that i had to transplant them 3 times each and for 2 1/2 months i had to re-LST them due to the amazing speed that they were growing. I'm working with a pretty small grow space ((2ft X 3ft X4ft)) and wasn't expecting my girls to be pushing 5 1/2 FT tall.
I think all in all i probably over stressed them and the plants i picked probably weren't the best..

i think 14 weeks is long enough but check your trichs and that can tell you when your plant is done.
