Thanks J for the idea. For the record, This was J's idea for 1 and for 2 A gallon is 3.875 Liters. This is probably more around 3 liters so yes I am following the rules.

Yea I didnt paint it because I just got my krylon fusion a few minutes ago (other people used my other can )...Then again I also want to monitor root growth because it had some severe root rot going on. Didnt see any pests though.
