yeah, im sure as time passes i'll start incorporating more outside sources of working out but for now, just to test what can be accomplished with the DVDs im gonna stick to a workout a day, an hour of cardio, and a better diet from the first month.

Day 1 today.

i'll post pics of my starting point, detail the workout, and my thoughts on it later today after completing cardio.

Awesome man. I finshed downloading all the videos and stuff yesterday, so as soon as I find a way to do pullups I'll join in with you. probably post an updated pic every 2 weeks or so if that's cool once I start.

the pull up bar can be found at dicks sporting goods for like 25 bucks, thats where i got mine at, ive always been under weight but its still a good program to do at home, of course nothing beats having a real trainer beside you to motivate you, an plus having a real gym feel is unbeatable

that workout is no joke. my buddy did it and actually did the workout twice, the second time to a t for the whole 90 days (he did not follow the meal suggestions). he said the yoga was the hardest part and made the most difference for him. the first run through he skipped the yoga because he said it was really hard and he felt like a fag, still had phenominal results. the second time was about 8 months later and he did the yoga part with it and he looked absolutely ridiculous when it was done. he legit looked military or something and he swore his back issues almost went away, and all the time he ate kind of like a slob. i can't even imagine what he would have looked like if he ate better. really impressive for an at home workout with nothing but a damn pull up bar for equipment.
