Well flushing is bloody controversial to say the least this subject causes more contention and arguments in the canna growing community in my experience than any other subject idc flush dont flush i aint smoking your weed i dont give a fuck lol i have my preference others can have theres each to there own
I agree with your stance, and I think both notsodog and Daze agree, although not 1:1.

I just thought it was wild to heard Daze disagree with a guest, even in the most polite way possible

Anyone else hoping for a round 4 of the notsodog interview? I like that dude and can listen to him and Daze talk all day. I would listen to the breeders syndicate but even if I didn't already hate matt riot I also can't stand how he talks. Fingers crossed for round 4.

PotCast is the #1 for me. I also listen to ‘shaping fire’ it has good information. I have listened to them all at least 2wice. There was only 1-2 eps that were shitty. One the guy couldn’t talk and only said ‘uhhh’. And another with such bad sound quality I had to quit. The rest are really good production.

The adam Dunn show I though was a little trashy, I might give it a 2nd chance.

So who in the PotCast is lieing fake breeders? Spill the info here I want to know.

I listen to the potcast and growcast. If I feel like listening to the hype bro version of the view I'll listen to growlifewiththebros to remind myself why I don't grow that kind of gear. Heavy Daze does an amazing job though, and I find myself re-listening to a ton of the older ones over and over. The Adam Dunn show is like an early 2000's early morning radio show, so not my style. I will say I need to give growingwiththefishes a few more listens.

A lot of "history lessons" come up often on the Potcast, its a very good show, mostly. The latest with Skunk VA was pretty lame, repeated the same things from first 2 episodes. The notsodog last part was when it picked up, guy was ranting the 1st part. I learned quickly that Heavy Daze doesn't like the "small grower" mocks them every chance he gets. Notsodog even said, "they're not like us..." referring to the average grower, extremely arrogant.

I don't think its arrogance, and we are quite different. The effort put in by quality breeders is pretty profound, especially those on the bleeding edge of preservation and innovation.

That wasnt really his point at all. He was simply differentiating the casual grower, from the enthusiast or hobbyist, from the diehards who live it and breath it and have their whole live's revolve around it.

The actual snobbery I detected from Francis was him saying Jungle Boys dont grow good weed. Like, come on dude, you just dont like the modern hype strains they grow and probably envious of their success.

I go back and forth on the flushing thing. Someone really needs to run blind taste and smoke testing on like 10 different people with 10 different strains and see if the difference is sufficient so as to exclude statistical anomaly.

You'd have to conceal any visuals of the ash while they're smoking it tho, haha.

I've had the pleasure to try some Jungle Boyz and it was fire!! Definitely a low blow from the guys on the Potcast.

I think you have to put it into perspective. Let’s say In’n’out makes the best hamburger in the space of fast food. Well they certainly don’t make the best burgers from a craft standpoint and weed is the same. Jungle boys produce good factory weed, but there are people that have 5-10-20 light rooms whose work blows theirs out of the park. And that dude is different. He has dedicated his life to preserving genetics. He lives and breathes it and I’m thankful he is around. He has kept the same cut of sour around for over 20 years, so that some of us will be lucky enough to see one of the originals

I was waiting for this sort of response but I simply dont agree with the analogy. Im no fan of theirs either really but they're not the In'n'out burger of the weed world. They're a rung or two above that imo, but yeah not the absolute finest herb in the world either.

Everybody's garden has variance in quality and I'm sure Jungle Boys reserve their absolute bomb for testing and cup entries but still. They win a lot of cups. And their product sells like hotcakes. To say their weed sucks, as Notsodog did, is ridiculous imo.

He said it wasn’t very good. And they won their last cup with purple punch and that should tell you what you need to know about cannabis cups. I went to my first cup in the late ‘90s and I can tell you the “winner” did not have the best weed imo. I learned then to look at 4th,5th, or 6th place to find the best
