The Purps vs. Da Purps

Is their a difference between these strains?

i might sound stupid....but i thought DA was the ghetto THE... haha

I was thinking both strains were the same, but with two different names at the beginning, I'm not sure which is better, kinda hoping to find more of a old school stone, than what people are currently toking.

The purps" from bcbd is not da purps
