hiya all

my mate in the process of his 3rd grow and he needs some well trusted advice !!!

here go's for the correct area its gonna be a 2x2x2 grow tent (4 square metres) in total .... 16 uk cuttings (these are good ) 4x 600watt lamps and 4 x 4 pot wilma kits on a drip feed ( so simple terms 1 light for 4 cuttings ) now his last grow was with clay pebbles and nothing else and he never got the yield he wanted he has now learned that its better to have less plants than to simply overload the area with to many plants and the general rule of thumb is you should look for 1 watt equals 1 gramm and there's 600 watts over each 4 pot wilma kt if grown correct what should expect to get at the end of the yield ??? i have also read somewhere that it can affect the yield if the media is only clay pebbles and not 50/50 but really he really needs an expert pointer on this as bettter to fix the problem now than be disapointed at the end of the grow... who ever can help with this its much apreciated ....... thanks :hump:

as i said it's a mate and its just some pointers.. i am sure it will be fine and everybody has there own way of reaping what they sow>. you dont have to be jury to judge and the more experience you have with it the better the result.. i am sure both of you have tweaked to get better results in the past....:o

I retired the clay pebbles ( I really dont like them) and now grow exclusively in rockwool and average over a lb / light or 5+ oz per 3' plant
