It's Sunday! And a lazy one at that... tornado sirens going off, girls getting pretty humid. Closet was in the 70% range. Its ok though. I just cracked the door and pointed the fan out. Right now they are 76.4 and 56% Sounds like frigging paradise... blinding pink never see things the right color again paradise. :p

Ordered some more light yoyos. 6x18" filter and blower should be here ~tues hopefully. Girls are starting to get a lil yummy smelling. I don't mind but I don't need it wafting downstairs. I just need a cheap 6" can fan for air intake when needed and a environmental controller for co2 and exhaust. The C.A.P brand any good?
Watching trailer park boys... bubbles rapping is hilarious

Looking great. +rep and sub'd.

P.S. I've seen those yoyo hangers give out and slip with use. I caught the light that otherwise would have smashed to the ground. Thank god I was standing right in front of it.

Sun System hangers are worth every penny IMO.

I had one snap while I was adjusting it. Thankfully I caught it. They def can't hold much weight but the haight ppf 800 weighs like a pound or two. Eventually I want to get a light mover... or another light. Maybe a 600 watt cool tube for the center and i can hang the L.E.D's on the sides pointing in.

Ugh, what a long few days. Came down with the Stomach flu,, not sure where I picked it up. Maybe bad mexican, maybe poor hygiene while mixing ferts. Either way ive been hurting. Managed to keep a piece of bread down tonight so that's a start.

While home sick my filter and blower came... holy shit is this thing loud. I might as well of used the one off the kids jumpy lol. Ordering a speed controller tonight to slow that bad boy down. Not impressed with the ultra short cord. Could have sworn it was advertised with a 6' not 2'

Being sick and smelling my girls the whole time has kind of ruined them for me.... you know like the last thing you ate before you got the flu except this is smell I guess. I hope it passes quick!

The Girls ~ 23 days flower

Purple Wreck- no real stretch to her

Lemon OG- a little stetch

Skywalker OG- Holy stretchy pants batman!
This was my shortest plant (not counting runt)

Hopefully she's calming down and diverting some of that energy to flower growth.

Bagseeds

I topped her off with tap water last week. I don't think she liked it much

Its on the floor. It was just the sheer sound of a 6" blower full throttle that was the prob. I think I got it at like 46% ish

Noticed some of my leaves were a little crisp and curled under.... wtf am I nute burning them? So I place them in the bath tub. Gave each girl a thorough flush with ro water. to remove any build up... they topsoil was getting a little stiff so they could of used it anyhow. Checked on them a few hours later.... fucking gnats crawling all over!

Fuck that, I hit them hard, cinnamon to kill all the fungus, light misting of neam oil on top soil and today I grabbed some DE from my old mans house.

Now I just need to get a hold of the fliers...... don't fuck with me, ill kill you a hundred ways till Sunday.

Pretty sure its the beginning of a potassium deficiency and or heat stress. The fungus gnats probably weren't helping either.

I got tired of the closet overheating ever since adding the blower and filter so I drilled a 4" hole in the ceiling and vented into the attic. This also draws fresh air in through a vent that sits above the door. I have 6" duct going to it. I can feel air being pulled through. Lowered the temp in the closet by almost 10 degrees. humidity down almost 20% as well. Currently 78.4 and 46% but my bedroom is a little warmer than I enjoy right now as well. This defeats the point in Co2 injection so I guess I will move the unit back to my aquarium.

man honestlly co2 is a waste of time and effort for a personal garden. Co2 = growop ... you can grow big fat healthy plants without co2 just with fresh air being replenish all the time and it's easier to avoid disease too and keep steady environment. I did the same thing last winter in my cabinets trying all kind of ways to generate co2 while struggling with humidity ... not worth it!!

fungus gnat, if you have a sealed room, buy a bag of 250 lady bugs that seems to work for me, not sure if you can find them online I hope I can keep my colony alive through the winter!!

its not sealed enough for that... I don't want lady bugs crawling on me while im sleeping. I'm going to stop and grab some mosquito dunks tomorrow. Maybe a sticky trap or two.

fungus gnats, did i not tell you organophosphates? malathion, though it is systemic, is technically a natural substance, although not organic. it is good for the soil and microbes and will clear those fungus gnats right up only use in veg or up to mid flower.

you can get a bottle of ,malathion concentrate at the hardware store really cheap. safe effective, for use on food crops, so safe for cannabis. i have used as soil drench at the foliage application rates with good results.

malathion, that shit looks toxic, would never ever use that on my cannabis plants ... let alone my veggie garden

bwhahahaha.... im sorry but very funny..

why? give me a more scientific approach than that shit looks toxic.
hell yeah organophosophates are toxic, but its great bug spray and there are a lot of things we use on plants that toxic, hell even organic!

it breaks down pretty fast one in the soil or th plant as the pH changes rapidly if sprayed as a foliar, it will stick around longer but after 3 days the residue on he entire surface of the plant would not be at toxic levels because of how fast it decays.

organophosphates are a favorite amongst vegetable farmers because of it lox toxicity, low REI period(re-enty time) the systemic effect it has, the wide variety of bugs it kills, and good for the soil and microbes.

ooppps sorry demonic dont mean to clutter with pesticide info, unless you dont mind.
