The smallest plant possible-sprout to harvest

i have seen grows inside a stereo and in small places, but how small can u grow a plant while still getting potent buds?

how early can you flower?

i dont care how little pot i actually get out of it, im in a apartment and this is only my second grow

ive seen a plant some where on there that was only a few inchs tall, i think it was at the 2nd of 3rd leaf set. give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
