It got affected by the rain the most i'd say, The tips were just so heavy. One of the very bottom branches couldn't handle the load, so she broke and then tore the side of the stalk all the way to the soil....

:leaf:I'd like to know how yall think i did. I could use any tips/advice, this is my first time doing all of this and i am already enjoying it thoroughly :):leaf:

I dont have much experience growing outdoors but I would guess that the plant might slow down a little but not be too affected. Dont quote me on that though, how big is your plant? Anymore pics? Good luck!

I've heard of being able to repair a plant by duct taping it, it will aid in its self repairing quickly. I haven't had to try it before though.

LOL I know but thats just what I heard through the "grape vine". Duct tape is like a magical substance lol. A grower I'm down with uses it when his bud get too heavy, and break, he ducts them back to the stem tightly, and they continue to live...some how.

it wasn't a break along the branch, it was where the branch connects to the stalk. then it tore along the bark and went all the way to the soil. I wasn't pleased . . .

If a branch is completely broken off you cannot magically heal it with duct tape for your information

The rest of the plant should be fine. One of mine (Etta) had a whole bunch of branches get broken off beyond what I could tape up/repair so they would keep growing but recovered just fine.

Nice plant! :leaf:

thanks, i babied the shit out of her lol..
I hear ya. The amount of time I put into these plants from April to now is ridiculous, but it's been fun and interesting. My husband was laughing saying the priorities shifted to dog, husband to plants, dog, husband. I told him that the dog can't help trim, so really, it's husband, plants, dog. That made him feel better...LOL!
