The struggle of re-jumping back in.

Hey guys(And gals).

I would like to start off and say I was a big time lurker watching different grows some years back, and then life happened so I couldn't practice anything I learned.
Now a friend of mine dropped this project of growing some sweet sweet mary jane by investing in the equipment and some clones, and the strain happens to be Sunset Sherbet Cookies or so I was told; To my knowledge I never smoked any so I have no clue the taste, smell, or look.

The set up is a
4x4x8 tent
1000 Watt LED light
5 Clones
2 fans and a exhaust fan Durabreeze 1096 cfm (Seems like a lot?)
Using Grow Big and Big Bloom (Even tho the ladies are no where near liking it right now.)
Got 2 different PH readers
Fox Farm soil
A humidifier (Trying to convince my friend that we should get a fogger or find a different way of getting humidity in there)

Right now having some issues getting the temp under 80 and raising the humidity, the ladies have been battered and well what better than to start a journal and nurse them to health and learn.

The portable ac will be removed tomorrow (friend thought it would keep the tent cooler but I had to save the day.)
And the exhaust fan I will be hanging in the tent tomorrow as well but pulling air from inside the tent out, using the bottom vents as passive cool fresh air and maybe that will help it get closer to that 79 mark.

They don't look great but not bad either I bet you aren't getting the results as fast as you want because you're in SOIL.
DWC is supposed to be much quicker from all the research I've ever done. I'm not knowledgeable enough to say that's the reason but I'm using grow big and GH bloom and I'm happy, it's my first grow but it's going better than I thought it would.
I've made multiple mistakes and its costed me a good bit I'm sure but now I think I'm getting the hang of it!

Awesome! DWC is what I first tried growing a while ago when I had growing problems and financial issues.
You should also take photos in more natural light. It helps us diagnose issues and what not, much better.
Will do, I'll take pictures of them in the regular light tomorrow.

I'm looking to find the rhythm with this group maybe make some buds but planning on the next group being a better grow.

Due to my partners request I was unable to hang the fan in the tent so I have it sucking out the hot air and passively intaking cool air through the vent, but now its sitting around 80 degrees F.. Might open the window to allow cool air to come back passively. The tops of the ladies are looking ok for the most part.

Put a cfl in your tent. Leds make crappy pics. Like nugachino said, makes it easier for people to help. Your New to growing so others will probably see problems well before you notice..
Have fun
And good luck
