They're wondering why all the run around nonsense. You sunk your own boat by making that statement. Why are you asking and not doing they wonder??? Is the buyer all too bad if he waited 2 months to go outside the privacy of email and unlike the seller the buyer did not cut copy and paste statements. Buyer gave the seller every chance to make right. Exactly what did the seller expect of the buyer? They'd be happy with tossing their hard earned cash in the fire? You'll win some votes as anyone with banner ads. attracts attention and followers but you have failed miserably in your estimation of the silent minority.

Let's be clear - the package was NOT flagged as lost by any of the postal services - USPS just didn't update the tracking when it got to The States. Most of these packages were eventually making it to our customers; but for customers who were in a hurry or just impatient I offered to resend their order for free, but if they did receive both packages then I asked could they send one back to me, or pay for it if they wished - most customers were very happy with this, and quite a few have either paid for both orders, or sent one back; after they received both packages.
I was not trying to get anything extra from any customer - I was actually just trying to help them get their seeds quicker because USPS were having issues.
