The very best water to use?

So I've read a lot of places that well water is even better than rain water for your ladies. Also that a Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration system is prime.

I happen to have RO filtered well water...so is that pretty good?

PH was like 6.4 and I've been using the same water from seed to now, half way through week 12 (very sativa dominant plant)
with very little to no problems at all, so I know it works fine.

I'm just curious if there is any better water/filter to use out there.

Any info is much appreciated, if it really helps me out I have no problem giving rep

Thanks RIU!

I'd avoid well water if it had traces of sulphates in it. However RO filtration will take all of that out. You are fine, just keep in mind your water has no calcium or magnesium in it. Some nutrients have these, some do not. Most that use RO water will add Cal/Mag to the water to make up for the deficiency.

I prefer rain water when I can get it, otherwise I use distilled water.

ro well water is fine. If it goes through a deionizer then you'll want to add trace minerals back in, look for the hydro stuff if that's the case.

If you have RO water at 6.4 you already have good water that doesn't take big adjustments to reach desired levels. No need to change.

During bloom I've been feeding with a combo of FF big bloom, cal/mag, and this diamond black humus stuff so cool.
Thanks guys it's my first grow so I'm still learning all the tricks of the trade, although i caught on quick and will be choppin some very fine herb in a week or so
