No personal knowledge here, but I don't think all felonies make travel impossible. Relocation.....that is another story.

Drug convictions don't always stop you from getting a passport unless you were convicted of trafficking over an international border. Right?

Felonies don't make it impossible for you to get a passport. You can get one with a felony and mis d.

Ok I thought I might be a little overwhelming, but its just because I thought I finally found a place where I belong, and I was overly excited to be friends with you guys. I wouldnt go by what someone told you, and contact the appropriate city employee and get an answer.

not at all i think the closest you will find to grape ape, as in color and flavor, would be querkle or deep purple

Im a convicted felon.I got my pass port once i got off parole. No problems bro. Just had to take them my birth certificate and some cash.
