I have done the tape thing as well as tying it up from high, I just leave them be if its not too bad and the fluids seal the crack eventually and life continues! Guess it depends on the severity!

Hey nerds almost forgot I got a question.. I had a lower stalk that was getting droopy from bud weight :) I was trying to bend the stem up a bit to get it to sit more upright and felt the stem snap, but it didn't break off... just a serious super crop... I left it leaning against some other flowers this morning hoping it would recover a bit by the end of 12/12... it wasn't self supporting when i went to put it in the dark but it didn't break off dangling while I moved it into the dark area either. Once again left it leaning up against something... this plant has about 3 weeks left (some would take it as early as 2 from now) -- what effect is it gonna have on that bud? positive? negative? delay? should i just cut it and say fuck it, or will it mature still mostly at the same rate as the others if it doesn't break off? Will it heal if i keep it upright to where it will stand and support itself without leaning on something else or is it gonna flop until the end? Thanks in advance nerds.

DUCT TAPE DUCT TAPE DUCT TAPE. I also like to use some honey or molasses as an "A&D" type Ointment to keep unwanted disease out.

The California Supreme Court unanimously ruled earlier today that cities and municipalities in that state can outright ban medical marijuana dispensaries. The decision centers around the Inland Empire Patient's Health and Wellness Center, which was shut down by the city last year after the city declared the dispensary a public nuisance. The court today ruled the city was within it's legal rights to do it, opening the doors for all other cities in the state to ban medical marijuana shops if they want.
Brilliant thinking here lets not keep American dollars and Taxes in America lets force people to order from Attitude or Seedsman :)
Listening to a lot of talk radio today and we have 3 levels of regulators here - fed, state, & local. A legal professor from SF was saying we need to have the state regulations supersede the local regulations and come up with a better bill for Cali at the state level like Colorado

Things are going to go to delivery in Riverside from my understanding

Prospect had to be shitting himself after seeing the snake. He is seriously gotta have someone watching out for him. The snake was probably trying to dip into the shoes thinking it was a hole. You could hear your heart beat almost through the camera there Sub I bet that got all your adrenalines up a little bit.

The two are not related I manage sticky's all the time or wed have 2 pages of em.
Yes in my situation and how I grow based on 40 years of producing weed for market it reduced our total yield.

Others do a much better job of it and its a proven practice! Nugs rules at it so does Geek Mike, but even Mike is impressed when he walks into my bud room.

I pull 6 crops a year averaging 2-2.5 per lamp and have for a long long time so I stick to what I know right?

^I think the idea of mainlining is to produce more large sell-able buds, not to produce larger total amounts in a given time period. Mainlining from what I can see is beneficial if you're selling nug to dispensaries.

I think Sub's problem with mainlining is that it slows down the veg growth, and you have to wait longer before you flip the lights. Over the course of a year this will cost you a full harvest, or more, which outvalues the benefits of mainlinng (which is incredibly impressive and cool btw).

Edit: I don't mean to speak for anone, so if this is not right, by all means let me know.

I think for folks like me that are just trying to make it from harvest to harvest it is a great method. I can keep 2 strains in veg and 1 in flower at all times alternating strains each cycle and have plenty from 1 plant to keep my wife and I more than happy. Along with plenty of home made bubble and edibles too

Great show sub. Cute little friend for Toke.

I just wanted to throw out there that extended flowering times doesn't in fact increase CBD. As THC breaks down after its prime, it turns into CBN, rather then CBD as was thought.
One study showed that in a Harlequin plant, the CBD potency was actually higher and at its prime when tested a week before the trics looked ready for THC.

Any of you nerds grown deep purple? I always made an excuse not to try it because I heard it was a slow grower and a low yielder but holy cow I got an awesome keeper pheno in a 10 pack....I've grown JTR, Chernobyl, Ripped Bubba, and this DP is probably the best pheno I got out of all those 10 packs bongsmilie

day 38 of flower today, I'll post some pics when my two phenos are chopped down so there is proper lighting

Can't wait to try some of these new TGA strains....the test numbers look phenomenal!
Yes...

I've only had the opportunity to grow two TGA strains. Space Dawg and Deep Purple. Can't wait to try a few of the newer offerings.

Here's my Deep Purple. Sorry for the shit pics...

I got ONE female out of a 5 pack but it was a serious keeper.

4 zips out of a 3 foot seed plant...not bad at all. My patients LOVE this strain.

BINGO!!!! I could not have said this better.

Extended Veg Time Does increase Potency and I don't need any data other than 4 decades of growing weed. The older a plant is the more character the high will have is my opinion.
