Takes a certain strength of character for a person to admit when they're wrong, and a certain persistence to show someone the truth when you know you are right and it will be worth it. Plus mad knowledge in these shows.

thanks for answering my question. i have a male space bomb, and two plushberry males i would like to get some pollen from. not for crossing, but to make some Space Bomb, Plush....keep the genetics.
thanks again.

During flowering, In an enclosed space without an air intake or exhaust co2 levels fall to about 150 ppm after 1 hour and stay this low for the rest of lights on. Should the co2 tank be turned off the last ten days to allow plants to swell? Can plants still finish with such a low co2 level?

"CO2 is really for flowering, should only be run when the lights are on. A common setup is to use a controller, set ppm to 1500, and top temp to be 90. Then, the controller will come on and dump the air in the room, and when finished, bring ppm back to 1500. Plants like it hotter when there is CO2, and can tolerate and thrive in higher temps. CO2 should be NOT be run the last 2-3 weeks as your buds will not swell." -Google

For real. I learn more watching The Weed Nerd than all the other youtube weed channels combined....Sub is constantly droppin knowledge!

edit: btw I just popped a few JTR beans and one of them had 2 tap roots coming out of 1 seed! I've heard of JTR doing this, but is it a specific phenotype that does this or is it just a weird mutation?

spaceman.JPGso i have the space bomb male, and i want to harvest some pollen. i just flipped it giving it over 24 hours of darkness. i only did 24 straight, due to the fact that the only light i am using is the sun. i have a great south face house which allows tons of sunlight in. and around 6 pm ill move him to total dark. i am doing this mainly to keep the male away from my flower room, which is located in the basement, and i have no other space for males. so i guess my question is: is this a good enough system for this male to make viable pollen?

sorry for the shitty resolution

thanks again for the gear, and answers. i am in the process of reading THE botany book.

Sucks to hear about the Roots soil being hot. I literally just bought five bags, got home, unloaded it all and watched #28. I have about 3/4 of a big bag of Pro-mix. Can I cut it with that? An even better question is how good of super soil does Pro-mix make?

That's for the show and all the knowledge.

I actually googled it...this only apply's if your running Co2. If your running a Perputual Iv'e heard of running full for flower and dealing with a bit of stretchyness towards the end. But someone can probably answer this better im not the one to help with Co2 lol.
I'm having the same problem, 1-2 plants into & out of bloom room every week. I hope MORE bamboo & string isn't our ONLY option here. Bloom room is REAL tightly sealed & very (extremley) well vented & cooled (can maintain 74 degree days & 69 degree nights @ 45plus% humidity all year) but the newest ones in the room always stretch much more during the first 3 weeks than without CO2.
If I can't find a solution I'm thinking of switching to just using large fermentors (I also make honey mead in 5 gal batches & often have 6-7 batches fermenting at a time) This however will mean running my room exhaust on full all night to reduce night time CO2 levels. Anyone got any better ideas?

I feel bad about excepting a free shirt and high dollar postage from Subcool and would like to buy more shirts because I think they're cool. Are they going to be online or stay e-mail only?

I feel you brother but, I feel more grateful then anything else for this opportunity. I plan on getting a bamboo/jug combo when the new bright ass jars come out when he was talking about come out.
