Really excited to see how my test run of BlueJ goes (Jillybean x Oregon Blues) I have high hopes for this one, all looks good so far... 9 days in.

Has any of you guys used budswell in there SS MIX its a guano and worm casting mix. I got a 5lb bag of happy farm guano 0-5-0 and a 2lb bag of 0-.7-0 of this budswell. I'm just curious what your opinion is on it.

it's expensive guano...nothing wrong with it... but doubt it'll produce any better results than another similar guano that costs less making your SS with budswell would make it more expensive

i agree, way overpriced with no dif from the reg stuff.

PS Guanos rule i've had great results subbing some of the bone/blood meal out in exchange for peruvian guano pellets (slow release high N & P guano). Use it in every batch. While I'm a nerd at heart, I still gotta pay tribute to the guy who really got me into soil amendments, that master grower ~shabang~ from overgrow... wherever you are (hopefully not jail)!!! To this day still the happiest, healthiest plants i've ever seen. His version of SS was based primarily on crushed pervian seabird guano pellets.

Just mixed up my SS using a TGA charge pack....gonna put 2 gal of dehumidifier water in each trash can to get things cookin.....really excited....just used up the last of my year old SS and can't wait to see how the charge pack SS compares to Subs SS recipe

Too bad that place got shut down so long ago... I've heard about some crazy growers from the overgrow years.

Interesting subbing out the bone/blood meal with those pellets... I might try that at some point (when I mix my next batch in another year or so, lol). How much do you swap out for how much, if that makes any sense? Or do you just do a straight substitute one for the other, and keep quantities the same?

Looks like Sea of Seeds has both Jilly and AO in 10 packs.

i have 3 jillys going now from seed and it is looking like i lucked out....orange skunk, candystore, and something in between.....all frosty as fuck....

ive notice the other jilly bean pheno you speak of smells like peach and lemons together.....smell it and see if you can see what i mean

Yeah I was going to grab both too but I only had enough for 1 on my pre paid mastercard and I don't like using my regular card online. If they still have some left tomorrow I'll be grabbing another pack or 2. Also I've never grown JB or AO and wanted too eventually but I guess I gotta buy them now while they last

I have a feeling Attitude will be stocked up on JB here soon enough.... no worries.
