Think I may of messed up

Went to my plants today. And leaves everywhere hiding light to lower bud sites. 4 white widow 2nd week into flower. So like an idiot I started pruning. I have lst trained them but still leaves were blocking light. . Anyway I took my scissors and started .. I removed inner leaves to open up to allow light in . Lower under ones and some fan leaves .... yes I know . What a dick. . About 30 ..40 leaves off 4 plants.. and now I'm panicking bad... I ain't touching them now till there finished. . Have I messed up my hard work or will I be OK ... go on hit me with all you have .. I deserve it

Damn bud !!!! I ain't no experienced grower but I don't think it will hurt to bad as long as u don't top it.... I THINK .... But like I said I'm not experienced.... GOOD LUCK brother hopefully she will recover for u.... All the info I've read in the past says not to mess with her after veg stage... Your yield will probably suffer the most

Yhea I know mate. Iv done everything right up to this point to . There healthy and look fine I should of left them alone . I'll check on them tomorrow see how they are doing . I had already topped them over a mth ago

Just scared they may hemie. . I didn't expect a massive yield. With it my 1st ever grow. I did the lst training to get more bud sites at the top just fear iv ruined it

Hay southcross how are you mate. Yhea I did feel I needed to . It was only the light blocked from other bud sites I wanted to open up.. Iv lst trained but the leaves just seemed to block light .. now I am just hoping all us ok . Plants them self's looked healthy . I just got carried away and feel I took to much of... you live and learn .... and I did say this was a learning curve .. just gotta sit back and see how they go over the next week ... it's only 2nd week into flower . Hope I didn't ruin this . Thanks tho pal for your reply

You're developing your style of growing. If you felt like pruning. Hook it up as you did.

Removal of shade leaves does facilitate more light reaching the center of the plant,
but if there is not enough food energy produced in the leaves,
the small internal floral clusters will not grow any larger.
Leaf removal may also cause sex reversal resulting from a metabolic change.

Great read . Thank you .. feel a bit better ... hahaha .. I didn't remove all the fan leaves . Large leaves .. I removed several from each plant .. a lot of smaller ones from underside and inner middle .. thank you pl

I wonto be touching them at all from now on they can do as they please for the rest of flower .. I'll just water and feed

imo drop them back to veg for 3-4 weeks

it will knock ur timing

but it will be worth it come harvest time imo:
