I spy with my little eye.... some space I could use, max 12' by 8' by 3' (w*h*d).
I looked at the fuse box, I can use 6A, possibly 2 * 6A with an extension chord.
Peak (18h per day) of about 1300W (counting ballasts and fans), is ~5.42A (at 240V).
.....will prob need 2*6A???
Should be able to get away with two 600W HPS (92000lumen/9 = 10200/sq. foot) running one at a time, + one 400 MH running normal veg cycle, 18/6 (36000lumen/9 = 4000/sq. foot)
Plants of decent size are about 4 weeks in veg, 8 weeks in flower (or T ~ 1:2 rario, veg:flower). One veg chamber should be able to supply two flowering chambers with vegged clones. With enough HID light, 16 plants should be able to flower it quite well in 9 sq. feet. A veg chamber might even accommodate a mother or two (tot. 18 plants).
Possible ventilation could consist of 618cfm exhaust and 470 cfm inlet.
For flower i was thinking this system:

For veg, something more compact, to allow space for a mother. Otherwise i could put the mother in a seperate place, and use 6500k T5's 432W (8*54W @33200 lumens). Since I would not be needing the same ammount of penetration, T5 would be better because then i could just switch lights between the chambers, no need to move the plants. Although same can be done if i were to use 400W HPS or 600W MH (move the bulbs, since i'd use digital ballasts that can go both mh + hps).
Questions:
Am I bonkers?
Any chance this would work? Or should I plan with 8 plants per chamber (+ the mother in veg)?
in case of 8 plants, if downgrade to 400W hps, would it work on a single outlet (4.6A on a 6A fuse)? if not on a single outlet then 600W good for taller plants 2'-3' + bigger yield?
Would the ventilation work, or is it sub-optimal, more/less fans? what temp increase can be expected over outdoor temp? if more than +8F, how would I install cool-tubes most effectively?
Picture is more or less to scale. Potential cab volume 216 cu. feet.
