Sativa heritage is most apparent in Skunk #1’s beautiful calyxes, long, profuse pistils and her habit of expanding bud-growth in all directions as harvest time approaches. Sativa also has a wonderful influence on Skunk #1’s potency and effect - a stunning combination of stone and high.

So tell me, if usually an indica will grow roughly 2x its size during flowering and sativa grows roughly 3x its size during flowering, how can this indica/sativa mix stop growing when flowering begins?

well perhaps he was suggesting that the OP would like to deal with some 7ft tall plants indoors? Maybe? No, probably not...

Oh, and nice grow dude, your plants look lovely and healthy :)

I am in the 8th week of flowering 4 skunk#1 from Nirvana. I started 12/12 in two weeks
in hydro. I have a small grow box w/ 400w. The plants are very bushy, with lots of bud sights. You'll like these plants.

Yeh dude noones out to get anyone (I hope). Youve got to remember alot of people post alot of stuff in a alot of places and not all of its accurate- the person could have thought they were acting on the best info they'd found. I dunno, peacemaker thats me (nice weed too)
I had a great time growing skunk no.1 and found it really ncie and easy to grow. Think it was the sk no.1 that grew with arms all over the place too, so it gave me some good early experience with training and pruning.

Dude, i'm not saying you can't be here, but once any plant indica or sativa starts flowering it will stretch for 2 weeks, with indica this isn't anywhere near as much as a sativa but it still does and around twice the size of what it was before it flowered, to say it stops growing is misleading and it will cause people trouble.

Ask anyone else on this forum and they will tell you that not only does an indica carry on growing for the first two weeks of flowering they will also tell you it puts on a growth spurt.

thats not what you said previously, when you flower an indica, it stops growing, you said that you need to veg skunk#1 to 3.5 foot because its indica. That would give you a very tall plant and in most peoples circumstance by time you take into consideration pot size and light distance your looking at trying to do the impossible.

i said its the same, slowing growth means its stopping for the winter. i was looking at a website the other day and it said the original skunk#1 70% sativa well that ain't the original the orignal is 70% indica. and will slow growing during budd time 12/12. and anyways its better to be topping a five foot plant than sitting with a short ass 18 incher. end of arguement. !!!!!!!!

You think that little statement makes any difference, why can't you be a man and admit you were wrong or are you a lady cus that would explain your problem with coming to terms with your mis-information

I actually have original skunk#1 growing right now, aka the pure from flying dutchman. If i had followed your advice then i would be currently suffering from burning plants that were going crispy from touching the hps, so in my mind you have given mis information, just give it up, i'm real bored of arguing this with you.

(some)guys on here really crack me up now i don't know it all, don't think anyone does..but ya can veg a fucken plant till its a hundred feet tall if ya got the space! and light and the stock supports it????..basically the plant will when triggered grow twice the size it is at trigger what you do in between regulates(food co2) how WIDE and THICK it will be...in flowering the plant doesnt grow up it stretches and grows out..right?..doesnt it..so in your setup there ya got three feet ta work with....grow em 23 inches or so and then turn em..ps get some reflection happenen there too....

they look good..

right me if I'm wrong but dont wrong me if I'm right....
