I am going to setup a forty foot high cube (thats nine feet six inches tall outside about 9 feetl) with a seven and a half feet wide. I am going to make two sections. Two sections that are 8x17 1/2 and then one that is 8 x whats about four feet leftish.
Insulation will be 2x4 framed walls with insulation in between. The roof is going to have a 12 inch void for ducting. It will be 2x4 rafters. I am going to insulate the top of the rafters.
Power will be one 60 amp service panel in each room. One 60 amp circuit to run the 8 light controller. Then two 20 amp circuits. one for 8 outlets for each room. The other 20 amp circuit will be used for a/c dehumidifier. The outlets are for fans and automated controllers including CO2.
Lighting: Each 8x17 room will have 8 1,000 watt lights. A light bar on a mover with two lights then tied to an arm to control two more lights. Then there will be another setup in the other half of the room to cover the entire room with two light movers with two slave trollies with two hoods on each.
Each hood will be six inch air cooled. Each four lights will have one six inch hurricane fan blowing air through insulated ducting that will exit into the one foot void above.
The two six inch hurricane fans will be installed into the drop ceiling. above each section of four lights. The intake for the fans will run through the top to where it will exit out at the top of the mudroom ceiling. One side will have all the exit ducting for the lighting and void. The other side will be the intake for the suction. It will be covered by a box That will use multiple Air Conditioning filters. All the intake will suck from the same intake box of filtered air. This will make it cheap and fast to replace filters with minimal work and down time.
Each room will have two hydroponic ebb and flow trays. four and a half by eight and a half sitting on 100 gallon reservoirs.
So each 4x8 will have 4,000 watts of lighting coverage. The walls will be painted white. They will probably have mylar on the bottom two six feet up.
The wall between the rooms will be two by four with a pocket door. The entrance door from the mudroom will swing out.
A/C will probably be either 1.5 or 2 ton mitsubishi split units. One for each room. Probably one that only needs a 20 amp service so close to 1.5 ton.
With the small entrance thats left will be where the AC condenser units will sit if there is room if not then outside but i dont want to. I want to be able to shut the two doors and you can tell its anything but a container.
Most of this stuff I have already collected the rest I am working on getting a bit at a time.
So what do you guys think???
I have been growing for a few years now both in and out. not much in lately but want to get back into it. Too many tweakers trying to rip off my annual crop. I am done with it. i want to grow when i need it and shut it down when i dont.
