where are you drawing fresh air from? if its hot air coming in, then no BUT if its cold and the venting is adequite, proper venting hose and no real kinks with a good dumping place then yes.

That is WAY more than enough i think! I'm growing currently in a 3'x2'x6' space using the exact same light (from ebay? :))

I have ONE 80cfm fan taking air out

ONE 80cfm fan taking air in

ONE circulating fan inside

temps stay cool at 75F

it will actually be used to remove heat from the HPS. I have a home made cool tube and it will extract the heat from there. I have more than enough space to dump it too. I also have a 10' intake fan at 120cfm and three exhaust fans going out. So i think the air vent is adequate just want to see if it will pull out heat

I have a HTG light so it may be the same. So i think with this and the other 4 fans ill be able to cool things down a good bit. Also forgot to mention i have a 24,000 btu window A/C unit cooling the room the cabinet is in

the hot air your pulling out I understand, but when that air leaves it will develope a vacume, which in turn will draw air in. the air being drawn in: what are the temps of that?

do you see where I'm going with this? you have more than enough CFM's just make sure your fresh air is cool. soo.. other than being stupid and making your intake air and exhause air the same you should be GtG.

Yep totally understand ya. The vet of the hot air is up to a duct. the air being brought in by the 110 cfm fan is cold. i have it placed at the lower part of my box. So the air that is coming in is nice. temps ran at 77 all night rather than the 85 it had been.

here are some pics of the finished product
