Time to refresh filters carbon.... advice?

Just wanna see if any out there have that experience based knowledge one would want before starting out..

I got the 6" ipower filter specifically for the removable/swappable flanges on the ends, knowing this day would come, so basically I am wondering....

Any preferred brands/vendors for optimum odor absorption?
Whats the best size/shape for the pellets?
Anything else you may have learned in the process and thought "I'll sure as fuck remember THAT next time"

No one? Nothing?

Go get a turkey pan at .99 cent store. Remove end and bake on 500 for a few hours. Refill and install.


I was told it wouldn't work. I decided to try for my self.

I am keeping my old stove to put in my shed just for this purpose.
