Time to Repot?

As soon as I repot these beautiful white widows they'll be going under two 400watt Metal Halide lamps.

I want to know if it's time to repot all of them? I grew them from seeds and they call grew a little differently. Also I want to top them. Would now be about the right time? Or should I wait until after repotting?

Also, do the stems look ok?

Yes repot now. The big ones are a little past where they probably should have been transplanted. You want at least 3 nodes before topping. We remove the fourth node when topping. Transplant first and then give them time to adjust to the new pots before topping. We move to 3liter bottles with fertilized soil after the cups and before topping. The stems look fine and they all look very nice. Great job.
