time to water?

does it make a differance when you water, lights on or lights off for soil plants?

well its hard to get in a grow room and water in the damn dark. water when the light are on dude

what i ment was at the begenning of the light cycle. is it better to water at the begenning of the lights on or lights off. but i'm starting to gather that it dont matter by the first reply.
