times and temp help

Hey yall, a little help here... this is my average temps and when the sun rises and falls around here... could some1 please tell me when u think that i should put my clones outdoors and around when my buds will start budding and when harvest will be so that i can start looking for strains that will finish budding in my budding season is... like when harvest would be in my neck of the woods...
