why is tin foil so bad?
can u use it as a reflector hood?
also can u use it if there are no ripples?

Mr I Can Do That For Half
It reflects unevenly and actuall not that well.It can burn or cause light to defuse and not reflect most of the light back as needed

i dont like mylar or tin foil. i line my cab with white posterboard. the shiny materials can make hot spots on the plants

im gonna go get some flat white paint tomarow and paint my light shade...Will get back to you I would think id would be better on the plant though considering the sun isnt made of platinum:?

yeah spray paint is ok just dont spray near your plants. that dust that gets everywhere after you spray would prob kill them

just buy some panda paper and lace ur walls with that. light reflects beautifully onto plants, causing a faster and better grow rate.

wanna check for hot spots? aim a piece of whatever you are using and reflect light onto a wall any brighter spots in reflection indicate a hot spot, you can even use the sun and a 2x2 piece of whatever stuck to a piece of drywall or wood.

Youll see everything makes hot spots including mylar ,but flat white diffusses it better.
