Tinchers , decarbing & effects

Hi long time lurker here got a topic I'd like to hear other opinions on.
I usually make tinchers using 190 proof alcohol. I decarb for 45 min to an hour at 210. Then put it in a mason jar in freezer for a week or two, shaking it a few times a days.
I mainly use it for osteoarthritis in my knees, but it also helps a lot w PTSD.
The questions I have are
1. Am I decarbing long enough to get best results
2. Is it just me or is the high a lot different than smoking bud .

Much different high for me. I am focused, active and I don't want to hurt someone/anyone. Canna strips and Cheeba caramel are the best I have found to date for my PTSD.
I just ordered my first tincture. I really am hoping this will do the same. I would love to make my own if it is helpful. Is it something like evergreen ( liquor store alcohol)? To decarb is it an oven you use? And last why freezer?
I am sorry to bombard you with questions when you are here looking for answers. We share some of the same pain. I can't wait for those more knowledgeable to start responding to your questions.

I mix it w orange juice as 190 burns like hell going down.
The reason for freezing is it helps the THC and cbd's more easily dissolve into the alcohol. I use a toaster oven to decarborize
U don't have to freeze it u can just keep it in a dark cabinet is ok but takes longer for the THC an cbd's to be released.
