Tincture vs CBD Oil?

What are the main differences between a tincture and oil in terms of dossage/medical benefits, etc.

So far, only thing I know is that a tincture seems easier to make since CBD oil needs a press.

What are the benefits?

If you decarb bud that’s high in CBD, rinse with isopropyl and evaporate that liquid, you are left with a thick oil like grease, it will be loaded with CBD. Why is a press needed?
The quality and quantity of the oil will depend on the bud used and effective decarb.
Medicine made this way is highly effective, Ive made it like this and it’s been used to treat children with cerebral palsy and the host of ailments that comes with it

Thanks so much. Do you know about a graphic guide online, a video or something where I can take a look at the procedure?

I’ve been making my own tincture for years.
All I need is my trusty Magical Butter machine (aka extractor), an ounce of home grown, and a bottle 151 proof rum.
I use the 151 proof because it gathers the most medicine off of the plant matter and therefore makes the most potent tincture.
After eight hours, I have enough tincture to last me a week, which is three 1 ounce shots a day.

.

Here's a video showing how to make tincture with the Magical Butter Machine, then reduce the tincture to get a RSO like substance.

The LĒVO 2 machine is also very effective. Not so much on the tincture side, as I have not experimented yet, only oils and butters.

If you make cbd oil from cherry wine strain that has 25% cbd then can you say it is 25% cbd oil or how is that concentration calculated and reduced? Also, what dossages are being used to treat which diseases? I want to use cherry wine strain for my extractions

How do you deal with the taste with that big a dose? I recently did an Oz to 2.5 cups of 190 Everclear in the MBM2 and it's not the worst, but i can definitely taste it in an 8 oz cup of hot lemon tea. I only added 1 teaspoon.

Taste can be dependent on strain used.
Decarbing the buds will also help with that as well.
There will always be some amount of weed taste to it, but I’ll take a couple of minutes of bad taste in my mouth, over hours of muscle spasms.

I have the feeling a cbd oil would be too concentrated, how do you lower its concentration? Using coconut oil or something? How?
