tips of new growth yellwing plz help!!! +rep

well i have some headband plants on a 5 gal dwc bubbler giving them half strength general hydro flora series nutes they exploded and i look today and i see the tips of some new growth is yellowing my ph is 5.9 i put a fresh batch of nutes like a week ago i dont want to loose my plants plz help

Can u show any pics would give an idea what problem might be, could be heat, nutes, ph, number of things.

pics would answer all the follow-up questions I am tempted to ask XD.
