Dunno what your elevation is, but you can google your frost date. In Castle Rock, we can get frost out into June, but you can't wait that long.... Very interested in this thread, thanks for starting it .

Thanks bubba and ill look into that now to see when ours stops and yea man I'm stoked about it to hope it generates a lot of useful information for my other fellow Coloradans who are trying to do this exact op this season good luck to all you outdoor guerrilla growers FUCK THE EYE IN THE SKY.

The main concern I have with guerilla growing in Co. is the lack of moisture. hauling water out to plants (somewhat remote plants I would think) is going to Suuuuckkk. I know you have some experience with the long walks but carrying water out to your plants 2-3 times a week is gonna get old fast.

Maybe near a river and divert a small line to drip em? Like Andy said that will prob be the biggest hassle. But I'm in for the voyage. I love to see GG pictures and solutions! I'm sure you will keep everything in line. I have dropped somewhat established plants a week after Mother's Day here in Denver. They woulda made it just fine if it weren't for HAIL!!! Damn hail. Got it like two or three, I think it was two times that year. Blasted the plants all to hell and I kept replanting and finally harvested a MONSTER ak-47 pink pistols and all... Straight pineapple dank! Like ten feet tall too. Kinda outta control actually. Mos def in the view of my neighbors (who are chill) and their preteen kid, who I thought might just help himself to a branch or two, but alls well that ends well and they made it all the way. You gonna have some fire ass smoke if they make it all the way for sure... Glad to see the ESOG in the lineup too. My GDP looks totally tits, I can't wait to flip her and let the TORO ROSSO male do the vertical mambo w her... Well have our own version of GRANDOGGY PURPS (the NSV cut)! Anyway, this is gonna be a fun one to watch, thx for posting bud!

Just turn off your camera location before taking pictures lol.

I wasn't even aware that digital cameras saved your location until recently.

Omfggg that cross will be the finest smoke in the Rockies mmm mmmm Mmm damn thats gonna be a game changer i can't wait my man.And yes the ESOG has the best growth I love the pheno I'm that I'm working with,Glad you finally got the GDP cut shes real good for a scrog and lst she can also take a beating she is fierce you will not be disappointed my man and I will take masters advice in this gg this is for all y'all lol.

Seems like growing a female all the way to the end will be tough outdoors with all the stray pollen in the air. Is that just paranoid thinking or is there a high probability of unknown pollen getting to the flowering ladies?

Kind of like having a non-neutered chow running loose in the 'hood, pretty soon all the dogs start looking like chows...

I've grown outdoor for three seasons in Boulder and never had an issue with pollen. I never put anything outside before Memorial Day due to past bad experiences with hail.

Dont know and not an issue for me at the moment but since it is my first grow and I'm gonna go balls out no matter what ill make sure to take notes and once I'm chopping some fruits ill let you know weather of not they got pollinated or not can't wait fkn stoked like my 1st Disneyland trip as a kid woooooohoooo.

With 64 the law of the land now we may start seeing more stray pollen wafting about, I think I see some now, wait no, that's rain...

You may be right about that. More people growing who don't know what they are doing. I hope everybody up wind from me can tell the difference between pistils and pollen sacs...

Sounds like fun Dank, post up a couple pics of some "Weed Gone Wild" when you get them established. Wish I could put a few in the yard, but alas, the fucking fuckers who like to fuck with my life would fuck with me.

Only problem with guerrilla grows in Colorado...is all the thieves. ( And fires and flooding )

Since legalization our town has been inundated with homeless looking for weed in the surrounding areas.

One of my friends had his green house broken in to just a week ago...all he had was seedlings and a few clones...they took them anyway. ( to resell on Craigslist )

No one I know is doing any guerrilla growing this year...the fire last year burned 2 out door patches only a half mile from my house. 1700 plants. Then there is the flooding danger.

And the thieves...bastards !

Finally with the fire danger...there will a crap load of helicopters up in the air this summer. Not looking for weed exactly but ..?

And the Forest Service has heightened it's look out for illegal grows...and with all the forest work this summer. ( Thinning trees, controlled burns etc )

EDIT: A tip for water...bury 5 gallon buckets so only a few inches are above ground and at a higher elevation then the plant.

Use simple fish air line hose to make a drip system to the plant. Using a simple stick or lighter to plug or bend the end of the air line so it is a slow drip. Those drip rings for hydro work good as the final stage.

Cover buckets with a screen so no animals or crap falls in.

And camo paint the bucket and screen.

And don't forget repellents...animals in Colorado love young pot plants.

A dead dog or coyote placed near the grow will usually keep things away.

A roadkill animal of course...

when will we get an update i wanna see your plants! i got a small backyard harvest last year and im gettin some clones ready to go up in a small guerilla patch this year ill take all the advice i can get
