Tips Wanted 2 grows :D

Ok, So I'm trying to grow 2 crops; each under 40w fluorescent.... Any tips???

Strains: Green House - The Doctor (Feminised)
Female - Outdoor C99 (Feminised)

This is my second grow after a total fail on Mr Nice - Walkabout (It's what happens if you try growing an outdoor, indoors!)

just 1 40watt fluorescent light for each ? I think your crazy. youre gonna need a lot more than that you didn't give enough details for me to help you so yeah. wrong forum too by the way

I forgot to mention that it is going to be an outdoor grow, but I'm planning to start it off indoors for 1.5 weeks as the strains are suitable for outdoor growing. I need some recommendations on fertilizers and growth nutrients which are fairly cheap to get. I will be growing on a window sill with lighting as well as the lighting so should that be ok?

At the moment I am germinating the seeds and I will upload some pictures once they have popped out of the dirt.
