based on the videos i have watched, a node was needed for each new growth area. in other words, with just one growing tip, can it be done?
This is incorrect. Cannabis is totipotent which means you can regrow a whole plant from a single cell, yes, any cell. Most people use node scrapings.

There is a high end nursery here in Northern California called Dark Heart. They sell premium clones, standard plantlets and what they refer to as "Lablets" which are their in vitro TC clones.

Cleaning plants up to the mitochondrial level is generally not needed, nor possible to do at home.
If I was a giant corporation with some in-house developed strains, I would have that done professionally in order to have clean genetics to keep with the various banks.

can someone rec me a TC kit that has all the required chems? i know where to get sterile test tubes and clean room tools i just want a kit with HQ agar and all the hormones i will need
