To much sun?

Is there such a thing as a plant getting to much sun light outdoors?

One of my friends said that it would get sun poison? >_>

I Live in FL he said that has something to due with it.
I think he's full of shit.:blsmoke::peace:

Also on one of my plants, the leafs are pointing up and the first set of the rounded leafs are turning kinda yellowish but the growth seems to be moving on fine.

I'm about 99% sure there is no sun poisoning, cannabis can be growin in 24 hr a day light.

also, if you plants are a month-ish old. those rounded leafs are gunna die. They only serve the purpose of jumpstarting the seedling.

Yep, I call bullshit. Of course, it TOTALLY depends on the plant we're talking about, too. There are plenty of plants that have evolved to grow best in deep shade, and strong sunlight will scorch and kill those. But.. I don't smoke those plants, does he?
