to post pictures do i need to upload them to a website

you can just upload them when you post... you never noticed that?

use photobucket, and use the last code they give you, thats what i use, kinda like myspace or somthing

Yea, you click manage attachments then just upload whatever pictures and it automatically makes thumbnails and links them at the bottom, like this
