To Pot or Not to Pot

So I've been doing a bit of researching through out my first grow and noticed some people use clear plastic cups to start their seeds in. Some people say not to do this. From what I've seen, they seem to be successful with that method.

So, what do you think?

i think it will work but other will say different.

Yea, from what I've seen, you pretty much have to fuck up really bad to kill the plant. I've got several different soil mixes and ways I potted my seeds right now to see what works best.
