To prune or not to prune

So I started a couple of females out a handful of months ago with the intentions of using them as mothers and growing a ton of clones. Turns out I suck at cloning and am going to take these mothers to term.

As I said, I started them about 3 months ago and have been trimming them down, so they are only about 2' tall but are bushy as shit.

Question is, do I prune the hell out of them and thin them out, or do I let it go?

I'm sure there are going to differing opinions here, but I'd like to hear peoples personal results to make my own decision.
