Craigslist is an interstate medium to begin with and in turn is mainly policed by our federal authorities. These leads are not simply handed to your local authorities, but come with federal assistance in both investigation and prosecution. I believe this is also why RIU is so strict on selling, trading and advertising here.

Best case scenario it's top shelf greenhouse. Worst case scenario it is a gun in your face. Most likely just outdoor or some kind of unsmokable indoor.

I think craigslist is pretty damn sweet myself.

Hmmm Could he get convicted for "selling" something illegal if he actually never has the product? LEO often considers fraud a civil matter and just leaves citizens to the civil court system if they can figure that out
