Too late to transplant?

I have a couple of side project plants that were neglected and left in small pots after I ran out of bigger pots. The plants are well into their flowering phase and now I am regretting not splashing out on a few more bigger pots. Will this seriously affect my yield and is it too late to transplant them into larger pots?

In my experience I've taken plants that i gave zero chance of survival, transplanted, and they
always seem to pull through. Just like you kinda "side projects" or extras that were neglected or even in some cases outright abused but with a little attention they end up thriving. I have found that you actually have to put a concerted effort into killin these babies.
