I just changed up my lighting, plant started to flower so I needed to throw in some 2700's. I added 4 actually. I know thats alot, but it looks so happy.

Heres a pic.

There lights are all 23w[100w eq] soft white and daylight. Its about 5-6 Inches away from the plant.

Does anyone think this will cause any problems? Heat and or too much (unnecessarie light)?

I plan on adding one more fan just like the one currently in there, same place other side, also as an exhaust fan.

If you place your hand where the plant is and it's comfortable your all set! Definately not too much light.... good luck my friend! I my self have only used cfl's for cloning I allways used T5'S for veg and hps for flower...cfl's light's will work but only small plant's. Good luck brother and enjoy!!

I don't see it being any problem.

I recommend using a mix of lights, for flower 3, 2700K for 1, 6500K. Veg would be the other way around, 3 Daylight to 1 Soft. A broader spectrum helps.

The height that was being given off was quiet a bit, so I removed one of each lights. Now I am running the 3 27's and 1 65

The set up is the set up, that's what I have but I try my best to make the best adjustments I can [adding CPU Fans for venting, lighting adjustments, etc]

It's not the size of your light's that count. It's your ability to figure out how to help her grow (I say this for good luck, no male's allowed!) you will be rewarded for your effort's! I think the addition of a fan will also help! Do what you can enjoy the grow and learn everything!! Wishing you the best! Use what you have my friend and take help when offered in true spirit!
