too much light for my room?

Okay I am currently building a 4x4x4 verticalgrow room. I will stack two 600w lights in cool tubes and hhrow y plants in a stadium like system. My worry is bleaching the plants. How does everyone see this going? Thanks

It's going to go badly. There is a maximum saturation point for all plants, and I'm fairly sure this exceeds it. The result will be bleached leaves and stunted growth. There are some good threads on riu and info on google about max saturation point of mj. You want to be right under the max level for max growth and yield. Apparently more is not always better

only one way to find out....

No problems with light saturation from 2 x 600W lamps in a 4x4 space, I am currently running 2 x 600W in a 4x4 tent and have had no bleaching, during the cooler months that just finished I have a 600W lamp out of it's tube to provide warmth.

okay good to hear! if that is to much light for my grow space will i be able to strike a 400w bulb with my 600w ballest? I'm going for an enclosed space featuring heaths vertical flood. O loved this idea and had to replicate it!
