Too Old to Shower?

Do these look to old to give a cold hour long shower (for mites) and then a neem and nicotine spray for good luck?



I haven't applied in two weeks I've noticed a few here and there but nothing like it was before. Had a full infestation of one plant which I had to chop. This is the remaining plant I have left which they all fled to. So I just want to make sure they are gone for good!

Yes...I think you'd just invite mold to come in and take the mites place. Try Sm-90 I've used it for this. Someone else might have a better product.

no bro thats crazy, water wont get the mites off they live in nature and will survive the shower no probs, also this will encourage mildew. just give them a spray with neem oil. When this harvest is done clean out grow room and surrounding area with bleach/water scrubbing broom .

i spray with organicide even in flower.. just have good air flow so no mold or meldew will accure

A Shop-Vac might be your best friend now. I avoid spraying when the plants are that old (+2 weeks).
The most effective organic miticide I have used is pyrethrums.
I buy some concentrate, and mix up a 5 gallon bucket full with soap for a surfactant. Then I dip the plants in them.
Next week spray with Dr. DoRights. This schedule has worked for quite a few growers I know 'round heer
Keep them out of HID light because they might burn, but the mites go away very quickly. Good luck!

I'd do the shop vac trick.

You spray with anything this far along and you either invite mold or funky taste in your buds.

I sawpeople doing this on youtube so I tried it. I wasn't really that worriedabout mold because of my environment so I igured it would be okay. Regardless the mites just came right back and I think it did a lot more damage than good.Up to you though good luck.
