sup skeet yah ive been job hunting and no luck yet. ive decided that after this next grow im gonna build something in the garage and do it here low key. my partner who lives were the flower room is not paying attention to the details. i dont take fully healthy plants over to seem the treating badly. asshole let my girls go three days with no water and it but a hurting on them piss me off. but anyway i got 11 new girls now almost all in different stages so gonna have stay on them for any hermies. ill get some pics of my current operation soon, tonite maybe both the kids will be gone. i go see how they are after last nights feeding. next week im puting in 20 more in the for some straight 12-12 from seed action. use the seeds from my dankest shit for those it grow tight and stinky. if they do well ill do some more when these start budding. i need more weed.lol

Hey first time grower here. I've got 6 plants, 4 of which I'm pretty sure are female. They are about four weeks old. I'm using cfls and I had them on 24hr light for the first two weeks and 18/6 till now. They look great, got about a foot and 1/2 growth on all of them and I was wondering if it would be too soon for me to flower as well.

A foot and a half already ?
Unless you want to have huge trees you should out them to flower right now. You have to figue they could stretch over 3 times their size in flower.

Good luck with the job search. It is tough right now.

I hear ya. Its hard to find some one to depend on. Better off doing it yourself if you want it done right. A lttle dry can be good but too dry is not! They will perk right up.

You need to move to the garage with all that shit going on. lol

Cant beat seeds from a good bag of weed! Done right it will be ever better...Sounds like a plan man!!!

Weed is very hardy. You can do pretty much anything you want when you want. People go straight from seed or clone to flower all the time. Some say you should let the plant mature first before flowering. Its your world bro!

First, how many nodes do you have? You should have 5 or 6. I agree with T420A and Tatan. Start flowering now. If they are 18" they should get real tall. Keep the light as close as you can to limit strech. Dont know much about cfl though.

If you have 5 or 6 nodes I would do Uncle Bens topping technique. Cut in between the 2nd and 3rd node. It should make 4 colas. Give them another week to recoop and new growth then go 12/12. Change your newts from grow to flower and your on your way.

Tatan aint shitin ya bro. Mine went from 6" and 8" to over 25" in 5 weeks. Yours could be 5' tall.

You could super crop or lst. I would top it like I said before, veg a week then go 12/12 and throw as much light on it as you can. It seems from the treads I have read most of the cfl grow tall. Like hps, cfl is missing that blue spectrum.

I seen a comparison on veg between hps and mh. The hps stretched more and was not as bushy. The mh stayed shorter, tighter nodes and bushier.

I veged with a 4' T5 HO 8 bulb, 5 blue and 3 red. Kept it 1" from the plants. At 6" - 8" they had like 8 nodes and the stem was as big a a lighter.

I tried Uncle Bens topping method and it worked great. The only thing was it was a male, they only one I tried. :?

Im at end of week 6 to. I am going to feed one more weak. Then water only unless I add something (molasses?) to the water. I dont know what the hell mine is, freak yea thats it! lol, so Ill just let it ride till I think its ready...:joint:
